Gen. Milley held a meeting with operational command officers and told
them that he had to approve any orders from the president before they
could act. In fact, the chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff is a
presidential advisory position. Gen. Milley is NOT in the operational
chain of command. In the U.S.A. the military is under civilian control.
That is why we have an elected president, a civilian secretary of
defense, a civilian secretary of the army, a civilian secretary of the
navy and a civilian secretary of the air force. Milley, without
permission or legal authority contacted the Chinese military in October
of 2020, before the election and again on January 8, 2021 to assure them
that he would give then prior notification to any U.S. military action.
This sounds very much like a military coup and collusion with the
Chinese.
