How to wet sand a drywall patch - No dust drywall sanding

In this video I'll demonstrate how to wet sand a ceiling drywall patch to have it ready to match the knockdown texture on. This area was a tape joint on a ceiling right next to a skylight. I added more screws to the drywall to secure it better. Next I used fiberglass mesh tape and a 20 minute setting type compound for the first two coats. Then for the final coat I used a USG all purpose joint compound. Lastly I wet sand the edges to blend the drywall patch into the existing texture. Now the area is ready for me to match the knockdown texture
