What if my player scores goal but he doesn’t plays 60’ in the pitch. Scoring points table below there is a * sign saying pounts only awarded when player atleast plays 60 mins

Can I captain someone new each day in MD1 and then pick at the end of 3 days which captains points I choose? Or when you pick another captain and they don’t perform you can’t go back?
