- what the person is using here is called a rig. You can rotate it around. How? You may ask. Well by using keyframes! It may be different in other apps but usually, for an example, you placed the keyframe at the start, and 2 seconds later you add another one. The second keyframe, you can adjust rotations, and it will rotate! I am not a professional- So if you want a better explaination, please search up guides yourself.
