Thank you so much for your thorough explanation and demonstration. I have done needlework most of my life and have never accomplished a satisfactory satin stitch. (I love to do precision piecing on small quilts so I am a little fussy.). What I wish was included in this tutorial, was (perhaps this info is in the kits) the needle size you’re using. Currently, I’m working with 4 strands and I worry weather I’m stressing the threads by using the needle (Sz . ~8) their in. I will also check to see if you have a video on needle sizes and thread. If not, that would be a great idea for your next video.

Fantastic tutorial... struggled so much with satin stitch. I think the deal breaker was too split strands individually. I am going with option 2 to reduce jaggerdiness. Can I please check that you are using 3 strands throughout? 😊
