You didn't mention that the iScooter 9 has an actual rear suspension / shocks. The others lack this feature and it's a major feature if you plan on driving around a city, makes bumps and sidewalks much more comfortable to drive on. If you're just driving on long stretches of flat road then it won't matter, but in general suspension is a rare feature at this price point.

I have a swagger 5. I like it. In a "race" i (230lb) can eventually beat my son (175lbs) on his razor c25. Really like the swagger and recommend it for the price. (300$? We paid 200 before last xmas) Biggest drawback though is battery life, not the highest

The swagger reminds me a lot of the iscooter in terms of form and look.
