Ketamine (iv infusion) is the most effective drug I have had for treatment for CRPS. I get weekly boosters as my infusions usually last about 5 days. During the infusion I typically have zero pain once it's been going a few minutes, once the infusion is complete I have about 75% reduction for 6 hours, and then the next 5 days I have" a 40% overall reduduction in pain. Only side affects I get is a little nausea (easily controlled with zofran) and blurry visiob during the infusion.
