~ FAQ's regarding my collection ~
Q: When did I start collecting?
A: August 2012 (over 10 years ago)
Q: What scale do you collect?
A: Mainly 1/400 scale, but also a few 1/200 models.
Q: How much is your collection worth?
A: How much I have spent on my collection is a different question to how much it's worth as a lot of these models appreciate in value over time. I don't know how much I've spent exactly but the average price of a model is £40, so if I have 400 models in my collection, we can simply times 40 by 400 which is £16,000, equivalent to around $20,000 USD. The average price for a lot of these models now, is around £60 to £80, so if I were to sell them, it's likely that my entire collection is worth upwards of £28,000, equivalent to around $34,000 USD. However this could easily be higher or lower and is a very rough estimate.
