In areas where double crop soybeans are not a consistent option, what else can be grown after wheat? Are sunflowers a viable option?

In this presentation we look at research that studied the profitability of double crop sunflowers after winter wheat in an organic system. This study was done with funding from a North Central SARE Farmer and Rancher Grant. (See disclaimer below)
