AGENCY ACADEMY COURSE IS LIVE

I am proud to announce that my course, Agency Academy, is now LIVE!

This has been a long time coming and almost a full year of work, but I could not be more proud of what we built. The course is broken down into 5 modules:

- Sales
- Marketing
- Finance
- Operations
- People Ops

Across these five modules, there are 31 lessons and over 25+ hours of video.

Each lesson has a unique format that I believe adds specific value to agency owners in not only theory; but also, in application:

- Every lesson has an asset that we leverage at Directive. From financial models to sales decks, you will have the same resources we use daily.

- Every lesson has a video from me explaining the concept + asset and my experience with it over the last 10 years at Directive. After that, the leader of the task/asset at Directive speaks towards how they leverage it. And then lastly, we do an interview together that walks through our anecdotal experience on the topic. By giving you multiple POV's on a subject + a hard asset, you will be able to better integrate the learnings into your own agency.
