Disney on Ice 2014 - FROZEN (Anna Meets Kristoff & Sven, Let It Go)
Показать описание
Do you remember when Disney On Ice and Feld Entertainment used to do adaptations of Disney's films throughout its history?
FROZEN is one of those shows and by the time the movie came out, it was becoming or has become a global sensation that's unlike anything we've ever experienced in our lives. Of course, as was the case with all of Disney's ice show adaptations, there were some sequences from the movie that were tweaked, changed about, or added to fit the medium/sport of ice skating to accommodate for the stunts and tricks the skaters would pull off.
But, there are some moments from the film that were brought over to the show, two of my personal favorites being Anna's first meeting with Kristoff and Sven and the ever-classic "Let It Go" song by Elsa and her voice actress, Idina Menzel. BTW, what are your thoughts on Let It Go? Do you still enjoy and sing it to this day or do you hate how it's become shoehorned into your ears?
Personally, I love the song 'cause I think it represents the overall message it was, in its own right, trying to convey to us what Elsa was going through and a crucial lesson we all have to learn at some point in our lives; it reminds us that if there's something you have on you that you want to get out of your chest or that you really, REALLY want to do but couldn't for one reason or another and try to hold back on that for so long, you must free yourself and do whatever it is you really want to your heart's content with no walls or boundaries boxing you and your passion in.
But, let me know what you guys think of it and the show as a whole. Do you want to see more adaptations of Disney movies on the ice like FROZEN and the return of the classics including Snow White, Aladdin, The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, and Peter Pan along with FULL adaptations of the likes of The Jungle Book, The Lion King, Lilo and Stitch, and so on, and even more original productions like Disneyland Adventure ft The Incredibles?
