Tête-à-Tête with a Topper ( T4) : Complete Strategy of Saloni Verma | IAS Rank 70

Saloni Verma is originally from Jhamshedpur, Jharkhand. She has secured AIR 70 in the Civil Services Examination 2020. We extend our heartiest congratulations to her on this great achievement and are gratified to have been a part of her journey to success. Wishing her all the very best for her future!

She completed her Bachelor in English Hons. in 2019 from the Hindu College of Delhi University. In the the third year of her college she decided that she wants to sit for this examination.
She says that the stories of people clearing the exam in the first attempt, right after the college fantasised her a lot, whereas couldn’t be one of those as she got carried away with the charm of DU college life. She feels, she wasn’t disciplined while preparing then.

But, from her learnings, she cleared it with flying colours in the second attempt.

Saloni cleared the CSE exam within the same year of joining ForumIAS with rank 70.
