Pastor testifies about efforts to influence Supreme Court

The Rev. Rob Schenck testified before the House Judiciary Committee on Dec. 8, 2022 about Operation High Court, an effort to recruit wealthy donors to meet conservative Supreme Court justices. Schenck said he had prayer sessions with some of the court's conservative justices, recruited "stealth missionaries" to build relationships with the court, and was told about a 2014 Supreme Court decision, Burwell v. Hobby Lobby, before it was made public.

"I believe we pushed the boundaries of Christian ethics and comprised the high court's promise to administer equal justice," Schenck said.

This is a great example as to why we need to get $ out of politics and hold SCOTUS more accountable.

Why do we think so call judges are above corruption ? There should be term limits for justices there should be code of ethics they the , congress , white house and Judiciary should be held to the same standards other than that Supreme Court judges are above the law
