Over the last 30 days the Dow Jones has dropped over 900 points
Thursday stocks soared
Both indices gained 2.18% in overall value
Surge was credited to Thursdays talks that an agreement would be met -- No deal was made
Obama nominated Janet L Yellen as Fed head replacing Ben Bernanke
Forex markets shifted course this week
US dollar making recovery?
Dollar/Yen back above the 98 level
Euro/Dollar dropping to 135 level --overheated- expect a healthy correction
Winner: Vonage -- VG - up 16%
Loser: Ruby Tuesday -- RT -- 17%
Gold gave up 1.58% - below $1,300 dollars
Palladium is the only precious metal that is up for the week - $707
