In today’s video, we’re going to talk about Bank of America’s home payment assistance programs that can help cover up to $17500 towards the purchase of your new home!

We’re going to be going over how the program works, how to qualify, and the pros and cons of the program. So if you’re looking to purchase a home and are interested in receiving some free money that can go towards the purchase of your new home, then be sure to watch this video all the way to the end.

These home payment assistance programs are part of an amazing initiative that Bank of America is offering to home buyers across the country. The purpose is to help low and moderate income homebuyers across the country begin to build their personal wealth and family legacy through a variety of solutions to make homeownership affordable and sustainable.

The two programs that make up this $17500 assistance is the Down Payment Grant and the America’s Home Grant. These are two separate and independent programs, which is great because it means if you don’t qualify for one of the programs, that you aren’t barred from getting funding from the other program.

Note:
This is not an ad and I am in no way affiliated with Bank of America or it's loan programs. I just wanted to shed light on an amazing program that can help you get into your first home!

Thank you for this helpful information Sean! I had a question I would like to combined the BOFA DP grant program along with a city/county dp program is that a option? Also I have a investment property with a group of friends under a S-Corp, I don’t have a mortgage showing up on my Credit report but I do report passive income when filing taxes, my question is would I qualify for First Time Home buyer to purchase a home to live in? I’m in the Bayarea as well.
