In the mid seventies,
I worked at a beautiful
Marriott Inn.
We had a very talented chef, chef Touy. He made the very best bleu cheese dressing. I would always get a cup, about 6 ounces to take to my dad.
(I paid .50 for it)
My dad absolutely loved it. He said it was by far the best tasting
bleu cheese he had ever eaten.
It was very creamy, and not too thick.
