Why are you playing on small servers? The elo in small servers is inflated and quality of games is very low. Never play on turkey or eune, it's a waste of time. The closest big server to you is EUW, so you should only play on EUW.

Why are you blaming teammates? Why do you have inflated ego and think that someone ganks you because of your name?
How does this mindset helps you to become better?
You should focus on your own gameplay and be curious about your replays, try to find what mistakes have you made and how can you improve the consistency of your gameplay.
Your excuses on youtube are not helping you to grow as a player and neither they help to achieve anything in terms of contet. It's just pathetic and usless.
I hope you can change your mindset from soloq crybaby to pro self improvement focused player.
