These things don't work, like forcefully doing something clockwise and all. You just have to feel it, and that comes with practice.

If anyone is having issues with you're risk rotating and you're having good Stamina. Try rotating your wrist less and use more of your elbow like your dribbling a basketball. You can still rotate your risk, but then you don't need to rotate it nearly. As much and it gives you way more stamina for playing those longer slap line songs
