As an European, i am so disappointed about idiotic decisions of closing nuclear powerplants, lack of thinking outside the box and constant fight with unnecessary paperwork

Over-regulation has led to paralysis of innovation and progress

Nonsense argument about immigration proping up the economy, recent stats show it is a net drain economically, not to mention the devastating cultural and criminal impact.

The WEF must be really happy now as their plan is succeeding.

You suggest Pan European projects are needed to build Europe back. You suggest large companies are the way forward. For me this is false. You don't need a huge country to build a Google or a Facebook. Just the right culture. Even a Luxemburg could do it. Europe's problem is that it has become moribund under bureaucratic regulation designed by large corporations at the expense of the small and medium.
We will not recover until a more business friendly culture is created across Europe.

Regulation is the Europe's "innovation." That is, simply said, why this is happening...

I don't get it, in 2015 Europe got millions of doctors and engineers. Didn't they make life better for everyone there?

I am from Europe. Althrough the life is good, the future doesnt seem bright.
We lack in technology by tromendous amount.
I Work as a software engineer, and the sad part is that a senior software engineer in Paris makes around 55-60 000 euro.
While in LA, it makes around 300 000 dollars.
I literally have no app on my phone, car or tv that is from Europe.
Everything that i use on a daily basis is from USA.

Who’d have thought that restricting free markets, nationalising power grids, shutting down nuclear, gas, and coal plants, taxing the hell out of fuel, taxing the hell out of their citizens and putting so many laws and regulations in the way of business owners would cause a problem.

So… Europe wants to basically continue the same policies that have gotten them into this mess in the first place. More “investment” into the public sector while keeping the private sector neutered with regulation. Europe is toast…

Declining birth rates wouldn’t be an issue if you encouraged nuclear families instead of demonizing them 🤦🏻‍♂️

Im not surprised, all politicians who fail in Belgium get high roles in European politics.
Structural problems, everyone knows but the politicians

We are the sovjets now 😂. 40 years ago in high school a teacher told a story about the Sovjet Union, where it was more important for a university student, let’s say in engineering, to know everything about the works of Karel Marx than anything about engineering. Well now a days I get the same feeling in Europe. Ideology over matter.

The EU has been declining at the same time immigration of low skilled workers have been increasing. Since 2010. Import the third world become the third world.
