When the first Be Touch come out it was looking like a decent competitor to P7000, now Be Touch 2 is absolutely better than it in main areas like design, build quality and display.

I've had a p7000 for about a week now and I have to say its a great phone I just wish there was more ROMs and devs behind it, waiting for cyanogenmod and then this phone will do me for a long time

be touch "1" has received the update for hotknot and all the features that the be touch "2" has (except the FDH screen and the battery that the be touch "2", a hardware component), in rest, it's the same device
so, Ulefone must think a lot (for profit) first to release these features on his devices
althougt are very good devices for this price
