Practice gratitude is the short explanation. .. so wake up think about what your grateful for, think about it all day what's going right. When you get down think gratitude. Mediate 5x a week thinking about what is good, focusing on a good future, thinking about what your grateful for. Constantly be grateful, is what I got from this video.
