I was born in Greece and I have never seen a Kapama recipe with rice. It has always been served traditionally with the Greek Spaghetti noodles (hollow and thick) and topped with Migithra cheese. Also, the dish is much more saucier than what I see here. But, hey there are always personal renditions. Kali Oreksi!
