For your little one. Try a star projector.. puts stars on the ceiling... they have ones for kids rooms.. maybe it will help him to lay there and fall back asleep... i also recommend a night light..

I love how practical you are with gifts for your boys, most everyone else’s videos you see they got really OTT with everything. My youngest is 5, and still doesn’t sleep through the night. She woke consistently every 3 hours until she was 3 and now she’ll wake up once during the night.

My grandson has one of those lights that changes colors to let him know when he can leave his room. He's 4 and doing great with it. Love all your gifts for your kiddos. Merry Christmas and blessings for the new year.

For your little one.. try a white noise machine.. that way he wont hear you and your husband moving around.. you could also play soft music, etc..find something that he really likes. I also suggest a lovey - like a square of a blanket with an animal head on top.. or a little lovey blanket that he can hold in his hands.. or a soft, huggable stuffed animal.. whatever kind he loves.. my son had a blue bunny with long soft ears that he stroked at bedtime.. you could also hang fairy lights up on his ceiling above his bed.. i have ones from Amazon that you can plug in... and then use a remote and change from twinkling to blinking to fading to steady... my son had them hagning from the upper bunk.. we'd turn thrm on at bedtime then off when we went to sleep.. although you may want to leave them on till he stops waking up so much.. good luck .

You can also do the same steps every night.. start with dinner, playtime, bath, , small snack, then brush teeth, read bedtime story or 2.. then tuck in, turn on lights or music, etc.. the routine will help him relax.. no crazy play times right before bed, etc..

I really enjoyed this video. It is hard not to stress over quantity, quality, value of gifts and how they are wrapped....as a mom. You are doing great, Lauren! Growing up, my siblings and I received many practical or small value gifts (like new pens/notepads, gum/candy, chapstick, fun socks, a simple game, books and a few larger or more expensive items like toys or clothes. These memories mean the world to me...but mostly because they were centered around my family and our yearly traditions. ❤💚
You didn't seem to lose the scissors or tape quite as much as I do when wrapping gifts! Lol If I were to record myself wrapping gifts and speed up the footage....it would be too chaotic to watch! You did great!

Good video this may sound crazy but I would put Bennett to bed about 9:00. Try it, couldn’t hurt, does he still nap during the day. I was always told kids know when they need sleep. If he needs more sleep you will see him adjusting to his own body clock.

Oh gosh Lauren our daughter did that, wouldn’t sleep through the night for 3 years! I was a hot mess! I think I was her security blanket. We got her a blanket to comfort herself and that seemed to help. Sure hope the glow worm helps! 🤞🏻
