I always thought you had to jump and mushroom at the same time haha

I usually use the actual polygons that make the hump on the road. There’s a line in the road where a new texture starts and that line is the limit for when you can jump to do the normal method.

The spear doesn't have to hop before the wheelie method. Just shroom and wheelie at the crest of the hill.
