I flew down to SouthPadre Island on SOUTHWEST AIRLINES 737, having a stop in Houston's Hobby Airport.
When we land in Houston, and people were debarking, for others to board, , , I told my ex-wife that the Jet engines were missing parts, and the hydrolic lines were exposed.
About that time a flight attendant came up the aisle, and my Ex grabs her by the collar and yanked her to the window in panic!
Of course the clamshells reverse thrusters were retracting in place as I sat and laughed.😂
The Flight attendant was pissed, and threatened to toss me off the flight.
I was working for
Pratt &Whitney at the time repairing JT8D-200 engines, and know damn well.
The expressions of people coming on board was priceless!

that kind of brake is called a "target reversers" its used in airplanes like the DC-9 and the Boeing 737-200

I can confidently say I have never seen an airplane take a bite out of somebody.
