The facts is that Kinich elemental skill have an own stamina bar so that could limited the speed but it looks more faster than the other

I think the fastest one can naturally run in the game right now might just be Yelan w/Greatest Magic + Rosaria.

Then maybe you can add Jean into the mix if you find enemies along the way.
