I'm not a believer but I agree with you. Despite your difficult condition you really have the beautiful things you tell. You also have the generosity and the intelligence to use this experience to help others, like me today. Everything in this society encourages us to have more and more so it's never enough... God made you so beautiful!!! Many of us who are sick, frail, little or physically weak or maybe not that smart (I'm not that smart) God glorifies Himself and shows His mighty power in our lives. We see and know our need for Him and we know His love, great mercies and pity for us on a daily basis because we see all these miracles or how He blessed us with people who help us every day. We realise howfragile life is when we could die anyday at any moment but that is a gift as well because it yields gratefulness in us. I think sometimes our disabilities weren't gifted by God but rather God turns what happened to us into something wonderful and glorious for our good and as a gift to others around us.
