The Christmas Movie Series. # 8. Wise Men Seek HIM- Wicked Men Flee HIM. Luke 2:1-18

There is nothing usual or ordinary in this story! You can’t just drive by this house with lights and see all the detail that’s in it. You Gotta stop look back up look again to see everything. We have this want to be king Herod who’s so self-absorbed. We have a star our poor scientists cannot explain this away we got priest and scribes, we got dreams and angels, Jesus is a child and they’re now living in a house instead of the manger scene. All the work that these Wiseman have put together and confirming their plans looking at scripture they have to be completely right to stand before a sitting king and tell him that his replacement has just been born. It was a great group of courageous talented men that just want to come and “worship the king of the Jews”
