Bait and Switch is getting nerfed on March 5th to 30%, which means it's even worse than what the video shows, Explosive Light is easily the better choice by a mile!

Anyone that watches this, as of today 26 March, if you don't want too, or can't, run raids see Mara Sov for Rivens Quests. With a little work, I got them done in a day, you can get 5 wish things to get the pattern for the Apex Predator. Hardest I'd say was the legendary lost sector, at 1800 level weapons, but it isn't completion. Just kills. Run as far as you can go, exit, rinse and repeat unit finished.

reminder that BaS does in fact activate on the first shot in true damage done to the health bar in most cases.

Explosive Light is massively underrated, I even use it in raids because enhanced gives you 7 stacks instead of 6 + you can always grab some from whoever places a well which guarantees that all your rockets have the damage boost.

I also combine it with a Cartesian coordinate to take advantage of the Solar Surges and I always end up topping damage numbers without any Izanagi Swaps.

Also Banshee is selling god roll Cartesian so if you don’t have one I highly suggest you grab it!

When I spread misinformation on the internet

Explosive light is actual garbage in comparison, it will only buff the explosive part of the rocket, meaning it’s more like a 15% damage buff

Additionally, explosive light does not affect Wolfpack rounds, unlike bait and switch

Even after the BnS nerf, BnS will still be equal to EL after 2 rockets, and far eclipsing it after that, and that’s not even including gjally

Bipod is actually better for ammo economy in GMs. plus with reconstruction you get 4 rockets in the mag.

I got an explosive light roll from the Wish token and it's fantastic. I'm not a huge raider so BaS, as you said, is kind of wasted on me as I'll run more stuff that benefits from EL hitting hard, once. It came with danger zone which isn't what I want but I can wait 5 weeks. Good call.

Where's the dmg testing??? Like where the numbers? Can't just show GoA orge with no dmg after.
Plus when you die you lose all that EL. BaS > EL.
