MURAKAMI AND J BALVIN. Adorno, Anime and the Hikikomori

The collaboration of an artist like Murakami with mass media idols like J Balvin represents much more than a mere commercial project. In this video we talk about Theodor Adorno and his concept of the Culture Industry in capitalist societies, and how the Hikikomori came to sculpt our contemporary idea around Japanese Anime.
