The undulation is stronger the slower you go.
When you get faster you are closer to the surface of the water.
Also, you seem to stiffen your back at high speed. And your feet push up less in the slowest one.

Looks great in any case.

The slower you go the more ur legs sink increasing drag. We just had a guy from Canada’s swim team come and coach my team😊😊😊

I have always felt that the fast you go the more the kick tempo has to drive the stroke. Easy fly drags the legs, fast fly the legs drive the stroke.

The top swimmer is faster as the stroke is continuous. The bottom 2 stroke techniques are waiting for the kick to finish.

You are making less undulation, i can not get much diference since i'm 12 yo and pretty much recently learning, just a question, is 28.77 on 50m free good for a me? I recently turned 12 exactly 4 months ago.

I'll have a national on 1 month, i'll tell you if I got any changes on my times

Looks like the same guy doing all versions. He even puts in 2 kicks per stroke when he is going fast. I can only do one version that I was taught in the early 80s. I thought everyone did one version. If you ask me to do other versions I lose it.
