Just You & One Beautiful Wave (Opening Scene) – Uluwatu

The lucky surfer at the start of this clip found himself with plenty of space as a perfect wave approached - not exactly the most common sight at Uluwatu. He had all the time in the world to paddle into it with a juicy barrel section waiting for him down the line.

The crowd did fill in for this session, but the sets were fairly consistent and the wind was a firm offshore without blowing too hard. And following the script, that action shifted from Main Peak to Racetracks as the tide dropped in the afternoon.

That water.... the color of the wave with the sun shining thru the backside.... is just beautiful. I hope you are appreciating these days that you are doing these videos.... it's never going to get much better than this Mr SOB... you are one lucky man.
