It almost feels like this was a note from the censors they turned into a song where the censors were like, "You can't just have one of the main characters chop a bunch of bad guys heads off while they're not even fighting back. What message will that send to kids watching?" so they wrote this scene in as a passive aggressive jab at the censors.

Aside from the burying alive part, transporting the Minotaurs to Centaurworld (specifically the Moletaur jail) isn’t a bad idea. It gets rid of the Nowhere King’s army and allows the Minotaurs to turn nice like Stabby did.
