Rock's origin story of becoming Mega Man is a really good choice to tackle. The moment he volunteers to prove that Doctor Light's contributions to robotics and AI were not for naught and become a fighter himself to stop the rampage of the reprogrammed Robot Masters is a simple but potential tale with depth.

And yes, so glad that he's Rock. Not Aki, not Mega.

For those who had a hard time noticing it, the robot master at the beginning was Bomb Man. He seems a bit bigger than normal though. I initially mistook him for Gamma.

It's giving me Astro Boy movie vibes. I can't quite put into words if I like or dislike that
I will, however, admit that Thomas calling him Rock and not Mega is a win.
