Small Flame sac has an insane farm. Some sprit darter are friendly to alliance, so you can't kill them. So you have two spirit darter inside Dire Maul West, or some welps in Badlands with awfull drop rate. The other ingredients are time consuming to get to places, but are easy to fish/catch.

Most reliable spot for farming the small flame sacs is Dire Maul West. The eldrich darters on the level above the first boss can drop them.

Blizz is so incompetent for doing this. So if you go out and get this stuff, it will take you a looong time and if you don't have the time, it will cost you 15K gold or more. This is how people with gold make more gold and without have even less. Great idea blizz, let's hope your player housing isn't as idiotic. And for what? A hat? Wow blizz, you are just so disconnected. This is why botting is a thing and you create your own problems blizz so only have yourself to blame.

I hate ever single one of these horrible quests more than the last. I legit would have prefered this patch if they never made them.
