I won’t say what D1 school I played for. But I’ll say I remember the bench guys would drink all the Gatorade off and the starters late in the game would be stuck with just water.

I feel the "instant hydration" ones are best considering you actually taste the electrolytes and it has no artificial flavors nor colors (I think one of the flavors has red 40)

I know so many people that went to Penn State and they all say Hydrate or died rate and say it's a penn state thing I stayed to hear it and I was like oh... Haha
