Let me tell you something baby! I made this recipe and my family and in-laws were so impressed they asked me to send the recipe to them. They said it was better than any French onion soup they had or made themselves. The only thing I didn’t have was the bourbon but I used a cheap red Cabernet Sauvignon wine. Literally paid $4 for the bottle of wine 😂 took me an hour to just cut all the onions because I was feeding a crowd. It was a late dinner but very well worth it.
