VIZIO Is Now Owned by the Wal-Mart Corporation, they bought this Company sometime in 2024 of this Year .I Bought A VIZIO Smart 4K TV a Few Years ago and I was wondering how it might change, and there is some small changes at this time, at this time it's function has improved a little bit, will that last I hope so .

I bought this mic for the hell of it. $20 and my son uses it daily. It's a decent mic. it's loud and I can hear him very well, better than I can hear him on his pc37x or the razer serein which is 4x as expensive and comparable in sound quality. He has his sitting above his monitor. In a way that cheap Onn mic sounds better, more natural than the other mic he has in video. Pick up a stand at Amazon for $10 and for $30 total you have a good setup. Aim the Onn mic up higher from the KB and you don't get KB noise. I would just set it up on something on your desk tho. It's more than good enough for gaming. It's doesn't look or feel cheap at all either.

I've owned this mic for 2 years now, I use it regularly and started making Youtube videos as a hobby.... I thought it was time to upgrade to a $150 dollar mic and i want to pull my hair out
because this new expensive mic is garbage compared to my $25 dollar walmart mic. I literally have to put my lips on the mic itself and talk louder than usual in order to make a myself be heard. i have looked at 14 videos, spent hours trying to find a solution. I dont know if my expensive mic is faulty or what, but im just so disappointed and feel super defeated. the $150 dollar mic i got is the PD400X by Maona... i dont even know if Walmart sells this mic, but if they do and your thinking about getting it.... GET IT, it's an awesome mic.

Good review. I've been using mine for livestreams and hangouts but I keep it ziptied to an extending wall lamp next to my monitor. I think I'm just going to have to buy another flexible webcam mount and put it on the other side of my desk.

I watched your video in store as i bought it last week. I'm happy with my purchase. Onn has workable cheap solutions. I don't trust their webcam as much, so i might buy used Logitech C920 in stead for the same price...

I just bought this mic a few days ago as my starter mic for a new voice acting project I'm working on. I hope it will do well for that if I put the settings right and rig up a make shift popper stopper

I’m watching this video and like you couldn’t resist try this microphone for $25! First of all I completely agree with everything you point out, however a camera mount adapter onto a mic stand is only $6 on Amazon and I anticipated need them and have a few extra lying around. I’ve been using an IK multimedia on a shock mount. That is an XLR so I just wanted to try the Surf without spending $100 or more for a usb mic like the Yeti. If I record directly into my video software at 1/5 density then clean up the audio with the built in de-Essex (I’m using Pinnacle 25) this $25 mic sounds better than the IK one which doesn’t surprise me because any hardware I purchased BLINDLY from IKMULTIMEDIA has been garbage! Anyhoo, worth the $25 and work really well as an all around backup mic for drums too! Have to mess with the settings in my DaW pursistance prevailed! It’s by no means a Shure or Rhodes but when I do upgrade the mic will continue to be useful! Loved the video, I just thought my input may help. Peace
