The intro is a wipe effect using Adjustment Layers and Mattes (I have tutorials on both of those) to make the text appear. The paint splatter is fully hand animated and did take me a long time to get to look good :)

So, if i take normal photos by keeping my camera on the tripod and rotating it and then stitch these photos together (using Photoshop or PTGui), that would work !?
And also, if doing the above, should i take the photos of the sky/ground too !?

Check out incompetech(dot)com, they got loads of free stuff :) Just make sure to credit the author of the music properly so you don't get into any licencing issues :)

FYI if you want to use a fake gun for a shoot in America you have to make sure the police are aware and have written permission from the property owner ect
