The worst part, that's an annual loss. What people forget, the full debt often spoke about is all debt owed because of mismanagement by out of control spending. Washington has stolen money from government retirement funds. Social Security, and alike. Thise dollars are not accounted for in the numbers often discussed when talking about total debt. Adding three trillion more a year is ridiculous

It's $270, 000 per tax payer. By 2052 the congressional budget office predicted that half of our budget would be owed for interest on our debts. Not paying off the debt. Just making interest payments.
