Change Pollen Cabin Filter on Audi A6 C7

Quick tip: make sure the one you buy has the pleats going the right direction. They need to be horizontal as it goes in, otherwise you won't be able to bend it enough to get it into the hole. The filter I ordered from Amazon did not have the pleats in the right direction, and it would have been impossible to get it in without destroying the filter in the process.

I have a 2014 s line ultra and I found when I took off the plastic strip below the front screen ( by the windscreen wash that there is a box with clips that looks as though it should have a filter in it !? Would I be correct ?
