They way you bring your body over top the cello to reach the fine tuners is dangerous. I’ve had children drop their cello doing it that way. One kid learned his lesson when he dropped his while leaning over his cello like that to adjust some music, his cello exploded into like 5 pieces. I personally move the neck over to the right side of my head to reach the fine tuners with my left hand, but it is also fine to just reach them with the bow hand obviously.
