It's the countdown to Christmas, finally! Door 1 of Lego Friends & Harry Potter Advent Calendars

I have been hanging out for December 1st and am so ready to crack open the first door of this year's advent calendars. This year I needed two advent calendars because COVID (I'm blaming COVID for all the things and my impulse buys) so I bring you day one of both the Lego Friends and Harry Potter Advent Calendars. And I'm totally going to race them and compare them.

Hi! If you've just dropped by, I'm Ellie! Stick around and I'll build for you while I review new sets. I tend to geek out about new pieces, interesting building techniques, giggle too much and just generally ramble. I'm easily distracted so I get stuff wrong which I fix up, mostly, but in the end there is always an awesome model ready for play and display. Huzzah for Lego, the building and creating tool for anybody, no matter what age you are!

I’m Jewish and celebrate Chanukah so if anyone else does but doesn’t wanna miss out on these cute little builds I’m sure you can open 3 each day (8 days of chanukah equals 24 y’know) also watching your vids a lot and going back and watching some has made me REALLY wanna play and get more legos! 🥰
