The "Floating Star" illusion didn't work at all. Nothing moved or floated or anything.

The blue animal/pattern one is one of those cross-eyed illusions. Here's a little help:
1) Pause the video at 2:30
2) With your face away from the screen (roughly at 18 inches / 46cm away), hold your index finger up so that its tip is about halfway between the screen and your face.
3) Focus your eyes on the fingertip.
4) Very slowly, move the finger towards the screen. As you do so, focus your eyes on the fingertip but also pay attention to the image on the screen.
5) If you do this right, your eyes will begin to form some pattern in the image in the background of the screen.
