My max fps on singleplayer with the lowest settings has always been 35. On servers it can get up to 50 but it's still difficult to play sometimes

I average 23 fps and I can still out pvp most people. Playing with low fps is difficult and frustrating but if you are used to it you can still be quite good

i have 60 hz, and if you want the smoothest expierience set your monitor hz to 60 and enable vsync and disable motion blur, for me it looks good enough
