Dangerous heatwave slowly moving across U.S.

Firefighters in Texas are battling 18 active wildfires as temperatures hover around 110 degrees. The heat is forcing trains to slow and libraries to serve as cooling centers. Kris Van Cleave reports.

I live in Oregon, roughly %75 of homes do not have air conditioning, we're lucky to have a heat pump, but it's from the early eighties, were not in triple digits yet thankfully, mid to high nineties are still rare here, pray the 'ol girl holds out
