Capitalize the word Nation if used as a synonym for the United States. Federal would also be capitalized because its referring to a specific agency. I is always capitalized when referring to yourself so what's the problem? She forgot the over capitalization of the word STOP no correction there. State is also correct it is referring to the United States. But she seems to have her grammar figured out "Y'all" "OMG".
