The narcissist will start weaponisng the kids against you, telling the kids that you are not a good parent. This was my experience with the narcissist while I was at work she was turning the kids against me.
Coming home everyday for a week and half to find the flat full of flour, unclean. Being told to sleep in the kids room with carpets smelling like rotten meat all because the narcissist allowed the kids to throw water on the carpet. If I spoke up about it, the narcissist claimed I was ungrateful. This affected my sleep and my mental wellbeing.

My father is quite a snooper Elizabeth!

I never got to go out with friends or family. But when I would get to go for a walk or to an event with my son, my ex would tell me it's okay and great that I am getting out. Upon returning, the home would be trashed, including his urinating in random places, and then he would rage at me over going out and not being home to clean and care for him. I get to hear how worthless I was.

She would go through my drawers and wardrobe. She would read my emails and texts (I didn't secure them with a password because I didn't realise that I needed to). She would denigrate my character to my children (still does) and she took huge amounts of money from bank accounts (including $87, 000 of mortgage equity) without my knowledge or consent. Narcissists are untrustworthy, sneaky, manipulative liers.
