Check the front panel connectors, especially the power switch cable. Its very easy to pull these cables loose or plug them in the wrong order so just unplug and replug all the cables in the right way according to a tutorial or diagram

PLEASE save bios update for last. If no changes have been since it last booted, its highly unlikely a bios issue. Updating bios is the riskiest update you can do on your pc

The RAM problem is a common one especially if u overclock your RAM with expo or xmp
The contextual memory restore isn’t very reliable yet

I've only had 2 problems one was cpu couldn't handle 4 sticks of 3200ram so had to turn off xmp and run the ram slower. the other one my motherboard died returned it for a refund and bought a different unit because a fair few people online had had the same issue with that board

99% of the problem is by overclocking RAM. so one fix is by removing 1-2 sticks depending on how many sticks you have then try booting it up, after that SLIGHTLY underclock your ram below its advertised speed through ur bios. after that, swap the ram sticks with the other stick, and underclock them SLIGHTLY below its advertised speed and like if it works.

Windows ctrl Shift b restarts the gpu drivers, it’s worked for me before

Read the Motherboards lights as they will help you diagnose the problem:
VGA: GPU
DRAM: RAM
CPU: CPU
BOOT: SSD
In addition: RTFM. Try activating some sort of diagnosis mode or unplug everything and run the power out and then try turning it on

One of the most common fixes for when your PC won't turn on?
Make sure the thing is actually plugged in, the power supply is turned on and if you're using a power strip, that it's both plugged in and turned on.
Sounds like common sense stuff and you'd be right.
But I've seen all of that happen too often to count.
