Hi Heather..you are great and I totally don’t doubt your intentions here but I ALWAYS have this burning question and please don’t take it wrongly. The question is- Why would a successful Etsy seller spill all their secrets publicly? Won’t it create a LOT of competition for you on Etsy too eventually? Per my research, “Make Money Online” is a HUGE niche and I totally get it that eventually the YouTube creators would sell extra information in the course they create to be an extra sources of income but I still don’t get how revealing secrets to create a successful POD store would be beneficial to the store owner? Also I totally get the abundance mindset thing but still have this question. I would greatly appreciate your response🙏I am sure a lot of people here would have this question, it’s just that I felt I should ask it.

I have a question, today a customer from France bought one of my mugs, the cost of the mug is $9.00 and adding shipping cost a total of $29.95. I know Printify charges me the costs, my question is does Etsy transfer the shipping cost to my account? Well, otherwise I can't find business logic because I'm selling to lose money.
